The runtime for your AI-native enterprise

Hype
actually delivered.

aQentic puts AI agents to work on your real processes, end to end: reading the request, checking the order, issuing the refund, updating the CRM, across the systems you already run. Every agent gets the context it needs, only the access it’s granted, and a person’s sign-off where it matters.

  • Runs on the systems you already have
  • Connects to anything, legacy included
  • Personal data never leaves your network
  • People sign off on what matters

01 / The problem

AI pilots keep stalling for the same three reasons.

  1. Bolted on, not built in. A chatbot beside a twelve-step process still leaves people copying data between tabs.

  2. Blind to the business. The right answer depends on the order in Shopify, the thread in Gmail and the contract in a PDF, and the AI can see none of them.

  3. Too risky to let loose. With no permissions, approvals or audit trail, nobody signs off on letting it act, so it never leaves the sandbox.

02 / AI-native

What changes when a process goes AI-native.

Most processes were designed around people clicking through software, and adding a chatbot beside them changes nothing. An AI-native process is rebuilt so agents run the work and people direct it, on the systems you already have. Process by process, that’s how a company becomes AI-native.

  • Who does the work

TodayPeople copy data between systems and chase the next step.

AI-nativeAgents execute the steps end to end. People make the calls that matter.

  • Where context lives

TodayIn inboxes, spreadsheets and people’s heads.

AI-nativeIn persistent, shared context that every agent works from.

  • How it’s controlled

TodayInformal handoffs, checked after something goes wrong.

AI-nativePermissions, approvals and an audit trail on every action.

  • How it improves

    TodayA process document nobody updates.

AI-nativeEvery run is measured and evaluated, so the process gets better as it runs.

  • How it scales

TodayMore volume means more handoffs and more headcount.

AI-nativeMore volume means more agent runs, with people handling the exceptions.

03 / In practice

Real work, end to end. Not another chat reply.

Each of these is one whole process. An agent runs it across the tools your team already uses, a person signs off where the stakes are real, and every step lands in the audit trail.

    Month-end reconciliation

Trigger The books close on the first of the month.

    1. Pulls payouts from Stripe and the bank’s statement export.
    2. Matches each one to invoices and journal entries in NetSuite, partial payments and currency differences included.
    3. Investigates every mismatch: finds the refund, the duplicate charge or the missing invoice, and attaches the evidence.
    4. Drafts the adjusting entries.

    A damaged-order return

Trigger A customer emails a photo of a cracked item and asks for a refund.

    1. Reads the email and the photo, and finds the order in Shopify.
    2. Checks the shipment in ShipBob and the order against your return policy.
    3. Decides: inside the window and damaged in transit, so a full refund and a carrier claim, with no return needed.
    4. Drafts the reply in your brand’s voice.

Trigger A prospect fills in the demo form at 11pm.

    1. Researches the company and the person on the public web: size, tools, recent news.
    2. Scores the lead against your ideal customer profile and enriches the record in Salesforce.
    3. Drafts a first email that refers to what it found.

04 / Privacy

Your customers’ data never leaves your systems.

aQentic Edge is a privacy layer that runs inside your own network. Before any prompt goes to an AI model, it masks every piece of personal and sensitive data. When the answer comes back, it puts the real values back in. Agents work on real records, and the model only ever sees placeholders.

  • Nothing personal leaves

Names, contact details, account numbers and anything else you mark as sensitive are replaced before a prompt crosses your network boundary.

  • The model still does its job

Placeholders are consistent, so the model can still reason about who asked for what. It just never learns who they are.

  • Use any model

Since what leaves is already clean, you can choose the best model for the task, hosted or your own, without a new privacy review each time.

How Edge works

05 / Why aQentic

Why aQentic, and not another pilot.

Most AI projects stall between the demo and the real process. aQentic is built for everything that comes after the demo: access, context, control and proof.

  • It finishes the work

Agents run the whole process, from the email that starts it to the record it updates, instead of suggesting a next step for someone else to do.

  • Nothing gets replaced

Agents work in the software you already run. No migration, no new system of record, nothing new for the teams around them to learn.

  • Anything can be connected

APIs where they exist; databases, files, browsers and terminal screens where they don’t. No connector yet? We write it.

  • Safe by construction

Personal data is masked before any model sees it, every agent gets least-privilege access, a person approves wherever you set one, and every action is audited.

  • Proven before it’s live

Agents are evaluated on your own past cases before they touch live work, and measured on every run after.

  • Every process makes the next easier

Each new process reuses the connections, context and controls of the ones before it, so the second goes live faster than the first.

Compared with the usual alternatives

  • Chatbots and copilots

Answer questions and suggest next steps. A person still does the work, in every system, by hand.

aQenticAgents do the work across the systems, and a person approves what matters.

  • RPA scripts

Replay recorded clicks. They break when a screen changes and stall on any case they weren’t scripted for.

aQenticAgents reason about each case, and use the API, the browser or the screen, whichever fits.

  • Building it yourself

An agent framework gives you a loop. You still build the integrations, permissions, approvals, monitoring and evaluations.

aQenticAll of that is the platform, so your team builds the process, not the plumbing.

06 / The platform

One runtime under every AI-native process.

aQentic sits between your people, your agents and your systems. It gives agents the context, tools, permissions and human oversight to run real processes on the software you already have. Each layer builds on the one below it, the Control Plane governs all of them, and Edge makes sure personal data never leaves your network.

07 / Products

Everything an AI-native enterprise runs on.

The Agent Runtime is the core. Connect, Workflows and the Control Plane are built around it, Edge keeps personal data inside your network, and the Marketplace is where it keeps growing.

Execution & context engine

aQentic Agent Runtime

The runtime your AI-native processes run on.

The Runtime executes every agent step by step. It hands the agent the tools and context it needs, remembers what matters between runs, and stops for a person whenever an action needs sign-off. Everything else in aQentic is built around it.

  • Agent execution

Runs multi-step agent tasks from trigger to finished outcome, not just a single chat reply.

  • Tool & browser access

Agents call APIs and, where no API exists, work through a real browser on the same screens your team uses.

  • Persistent context

Each task carries the customer, the order, the thread and the history it relates to, so agents act on the full picture.

  • Memory

Agents keep what they learn across runs — preferences, past decisions, outcomes — scoped to the team and the task.

  • Human-in-the-loop approvals

Mark any action as needing sign-off. The agent pauses, a person approves, edits or rejects, and the run continues.

  • Permissions & audit trails

Each agent gets access only to the systems and actions it has been granted, and every step it takes is recorded.

Universal integration layer

aQentic Connect

If your business runs on it, we can integrate it.

Connect gives agents scoped access to any system your business runs on: through its API where one exists, and through its database, files, browser or screen where one doesn’t. If it exists, we can write the integration. A system connected once is available to every agent and workflow, under the same permissions.

aQentic Workflows

Turn any business process into an AI-native one.

Describe how the work gets done today — the steps, the systems, the judgment calls — and Workflows rebuilds it as an executable agent workflow. Agents take the execution, people keep the decisions that matter, and every checkpoint is explicit.

The enterprise layer

aQentic Control Plane

See, measure and govern every agent in production.

One view of every agent for operations, security and engineering: what it’s doing, what it costs, how well it performs, and what it was allowed to touch. When something needs a person, this is where they step in.

Agent monitoring
A live view of every run: what each agent is working on, where it’s waiting, and what it has finished.
Evaluations
Score agents against real cases before release and keep scoring them after, so regressions surface early.
Cost & latency tracking
Spend and response time per agent, per workflow and per run.
Permissions
Grant and revoke each agent’s access to systems and actions from one place.
Audit logs
A record of every action, input and approval, kept for review.
Failure recovery
Failed steps retry or escalate to a person instead of failing silently.
Human intervention
Pause, take over or redirect any run while it’s in flight.

Privacy layer at the edge

aQentic Edge

Personal data never leaves your systems.

Edge runs inside your network, between your systems and any AI model. Before a prompt goes out, it finds personal and sensitive data and swaps it for placeholders. When the answer comes back, it puts the real values back in, so agents act on real records while the model only ever sees placeholders.

  1. Detect

Finds names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, card and bank numbers, national IDs and health details, plus patterns you define, such as customer or policy numbers.

  2. Mask

Swaps each value for a consistent placeholder, so the same customer is [PERSON_1] across a whole task, and the model can still follow who is who.

  3. Re-identify

Puts the real values back into the model’s answer inside your network, only for actions the agent is allowed to take.

  4. Keep the key at home

The table that links placeholders to real values is encrypted, stays inside your boundary and expires when the task does.

  5. Set the policy

Choose per field and per system what to mask, remove completely or allow, such as first names for a friendlier support reply.

  6. Prove it

Every masked field is logged in the Control Plane by type, never by value, so security teams can see exactly what left and what didn’t.

Agents, integrations & plugins

aQentic Marketplace

On the roadmap

An ever-growing marketplace of agents, integrations and plugins.

Where the platform is headed: one place to install specialized agents, connectors for new systems, and plugins that give agents new tools. Everything in it runs on the same Runtime, connects through Connect, and answers to the same Control Plane.

  • Specialized agents

Ready-made agents for support, sales, operations and back-office work that you install and adapt instead of building from scratch.

  • Integrations

Connectors that bring new systems into Connect, so the catalog keeps growing with every listing.

  • Plugins

New tools, actions and skills that any agent on the Runtime can use, governed by the same permissions.

Support

  • Support Agent

Resolves routine tickets and hands the rest to your team with the context attached.

  • Returns Agent

Takes a return request from first email to finished refund.

Sales

  • Sales Research Agent

Researches accounts and contacts and writes what it finds into your CRM.

Operations

  • Operations Agent

Keeps orders, inventory and fulfillment moving across your ops tools.

Back office

  • Finance Reconciliation Agent

Matches transactions across systems and flags what doesn’t reconcile.

  • Recruiting Agent

Screens applicants, schedules interviews and keeps candidates informed.

08 / How it works

How a process becomes AI-native, one at a time.

  1. Map

Pick one process and map how it runs today: the steps, the systems, the decisions and the people involved.

  2. Connect

Link the systems it touches through aQentic Connect, with scoped credentials. No connector yet? We write one. Nothing gets replaced.

  3. Redesign

Rebuild it as a Workflow: agents take the execution, people keep the judgment calls, and every checkpoint is explicit.

  4. Evaluate

Run the agent against real cases before it touches live work, and see exactly where it holds up and where it doesn’t.

  5. Operate & expand

Deploy on the Runtime, govern it in the Control Plane, then take the next process AI-native.

09 / Principles

Safe, reliable, practical — in that order.

These aren’t values on a wall. They’re built into the platform: they decide what an agent may do, when it has to stop and ask, and what we tell you when the honest answer is inconvenient.

  • Agents get human checkpoints where the stakes are real.

  • Least privilege by default: an agent touches only the systems and actions it has been granted, and every action is on the record.

  • We evaluate before we deploy, not after.

  • AI-native doesn’t mean rip and replace. Agents work with the software you already run.

  • We tell you plainly what an agent can and can’t do — no overselling capability to close a deal.

  • We’d rather ship something smaller that works than something impressive that doesn’t.

10 / Vision

Every company will run AI-native, one process at a time.

aQentic exists to close the gap between an AI demo and an AI-native business. We watched too many initiatives stall because they bolted AI onto processes designed for people clicking through software, and the missing pieces were always the same: context, access, permissions and oversight. So we’re building them once, as a runtime.

That change won’t happen all at once. It will happen process by process, and we see aQentic as the runtime it happens on: the infrastructure layer where companies deploy, monitor and manage specialized agents across support, sales, operations and back-office work. That’s the whole premise: hype actually delivered.
